We respect and will continue to respect the privacy of our clients.

When you become a client of Quality Outcomes, LLC, you provide your contact information as well as some information about your patients and your business. This information is collected to allow us to provide the level of service you need to improve your operations. As a client, especially if you are participating in our "Reminder Service"©, our primary method of communication with you will be via email. We judiciously guard all personally or corporately identifiable information we collect about you. We do reserve the right to aggregate the information we collect as we analyze the data to determine patterns.

Any information we receive from clients or their patients that falls under the HIPAA guidelines will be treated in accordance with federal laws governing that information.

Why a "Business Associate Agreement?"

The Business Associates Agreement protects your organization and ours and provides a mechanism and assurance that Protected Health Information (PHI) is treated with the confidentiality it deserves. This is your assurance from us that we take this responsibility very seriously.

Cookies.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Quality Outcomes, LLC uses cookies in several ways. We use cookies to allow you to login without having to type your login name each time. Instead, only your password is needed to access the system. We also use cookies to maintain small pieces of information about you to make your use of our system a better experience for you. At no time do we retrieve information from your computer through the cookies, nor do the cookies ever "contact" us or any third party in any way when you are not actively using our site.

With whom will the information be shared, if anyone?

If you use a credit card on our site, naturally, we provide information about you to the credit card agency or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your purchase. However, we do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. What safeguards are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of my information?

All information you provide to Quality Outcomes, LLC is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us.

What other information should I know about my privacy?

Qualityoutcomes.org contains links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another Web site for which Quality Outcomes, LLC has no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all such sites as their policies may be materially different from our Privacy Statement. Of course, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information.
